Quality Parts Renewal

Parts that require renewal are either repaired using the latest technologies or, when more cost effective, replaced with a new OE part. Either way, renewed parts have the same exacting dimensions, tolerances, hardness, surface finish and performance of the original part. They are, after all, the original equipment part.

Exacting Assembly and Test

Once carefully reassembled by factory technicians using the original equipment assembly processes and precise torque settings, the rebuilt valves are tested and calibrated against the original performance specifications. Valve flow rates, flow curves, turn-down rates, and response of the rebuilt valve are exactly the same as the original equipment valve. Your rebuilt valve is commissioned quickly and performs like new.
