Data Logging
IBECS HMI
Alarm Display and Management
To keep a plant running smoothly, operators need to identify and respond to process alarms. IBECS HMI has built in alarm features that allow alarms to be prioritized and grouped for quick identification of problems. Alarms are stored in a log file so that a long term history is maintained. Each type of alarm can have unique colors, sounds or reporting methods defined. An audible dial-up feature can also be used to alert supervisors or maintenance personnel of critical alarms.
Trending and Logging
Any analog or digital parameter can be trenderd on demand using the built-in features of IBECS HMI. Additionally, any number of parameters can be trended on a long-term basis to maintain a historical log of plant data.
The historical log of data can be configured to save data for as long as desired, typically for a least a year.
